Please Present your warranty status at your Inhouse Application upon request for warranty validation. No exchange or return accepted without the original receipt warranty status at your application.

Return Policy

If having problems with the product, please prepare proof of payment for confirmation with our staff.

Steps to take when finding a problem with a product (Please check the product immediately after receiving the product)

  • Report product problems to the sale staff for suggestions.
  • Report product details by Viber to Customer Service together with your purchased receipt as attaching photos of the problem product.
  • Taking screenshot of warranty period at your Mobile Inhouse Application and send to customer service by viber.
  • Damage Claiming can only claim within 2 days after delivery date.
  • There is no Return Policy for Inhouse Manufacturing Customize Products except repairing the product damage.
