Please Present your warranty status at your Inhouse Member Application upon request for warranty validation. No exchange or return accepted without the original receipt or warranty status at your application.

If having problems with the product, please prepare proof of payment for confirmation with our staffs.

Steps to take when finding a problem with a product (Please check the product immediately after receiving the product)

• Report product problems to the sale staff for suggestions.
• Report product details by Viber (+95 9254455544) to Customer Service together with your purchased receipt as attaching photos of the problem product.
• Taking screenshot of warranty period at your Inhouse Member Application and send to customer service by Viber.
• Damage Claiming can only claim within 2 days after delivery date.
• There is no Return Policy for Inhouse Manufacturing Customize Products except repairing the product damage.

• This warranty covers Inhouse Furniture products from materials and defects from manufacturing. Inhouse Furniture reserves the right to void warranty if it is found that damage happens due to normal wear and tear, misuse of products or other factor unrelated to manufacturing or material fatigue and functional failure.
• This warranty is not valid for wear that has been caused by un careful use, misuse or storage, wrong cleaning methods, cuts, scratches, rusts, termites, impacts or accidents.
• The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation, installation, moving and re-installation and traveling in order to service the claim.
• If damage occurs for which Inhouse Furniture cannot find the identical materials or within the time allotted for repairs or replacements, Inhouse Furniture reserves the right to provide materials or parts of equities and as substitutes.
• If Inhouse Furniture has determined that your claim is covered under this warranty, Inhouse Furniture in its sole discretion, will repair the defective products contribute towards an appropriate replacement and action, and no refunds will be furbished. If damage happens to a past or a piece of a furniture set, Inhouse Furniture reserves the right to replace only the damaged part of the damaged piece only.
• If your products have a repair or replacement, your right to services mentioned in this warranty is not extended thereby past the period specified by the original warranty. See your warranty on App (Account >> My Purchase & Warranties)
• Inhouse Furniture will examine the product and determine in its sole discretion whether your claim is covered under this warranty, Inhouse Furniture reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions of quality warranty herein.
• Moving and re-installation services are not in this warranty.
• The warranty is considered void if the purchased product is transferred from its original buyer to another person. In case the original receipt is lost or E-Warranty is not registered once receiving the product, Inhouse Furniture reserves the right to refrain from issuing the new document.
• The warranty is effective only within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
• The warranty does not cover minor variations or difference between picture of furniture from website, poster, brochure, catalogue or other medium images and the actual furniture.

• This INHOUSE Furniture products warranty covers the product line such as Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe, Dressing Table, Bed Frame, Bedside Table, TV Cabinet, Dining Cabinet, Partition Cabinet, Entrance Cabinet, Shoe Cabinet, Showcase, Sideboard, Bookshelf, Basin Cabinet and Built-in wardrobe, Walk-in Closet, Built-in Showcase, Built-in Bookshelf against manufacturing defects, material fatigue, and functional failure for the period of 3 year from the date of delivery. Only the component parts of Hinges and Drawer Roller Rail are covered under this warranty against materials defects and workmanship for the period of 1 years from the date of delivery. 
• The warranty does not cover material damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn or worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, nature variations in texture and misuse of products.
  • 900mm, 600mm and 450 mm Standard Hanging Cabinets can bear maximum weight of 40 kg.
  • Standard 600 mm width shelves can bear maximum weight of 30 kg.
• The warranty does not cove damages causing from electrical systems.

• This INHOUSE Furniture Sofa, Sofa bed and Armed Chair, Leisure Chair, Bar Chair, Stool, Ottoman and Chaise products warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defect in material and workmanship in the following components only:
  1. Level-adjusting mechanism malfunctions under normal use and normal conditions
  2. Spring and Foam Cushion (Sagging cushions that exceeds 1.5 inches only)
• The warranty does not cover material damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn, worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, natural variation in texture and misuse of products.

• This INHOUSE Dining Room products warranty covers Dining Room product line such as Dining table, Dining chair and Coffee table against manufacturing defects, material fatigue, and functional failure for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.  
• The warranty does not cover material damages of dining table top, coffee table top and any damages from its duty.
• The warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn, worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, natural variations in texture and misuse of products.

• Inhouse Kitchen products warranty covers Kitchen product line such as the Lower and Upper cabinets, Drawer units and other components will be 3 years’ warranty only for panel structure failure from the date of delivery except misuse of products or other factor unrelated to manufacturing or material fatigue and functional failure.
• The component parts of Hinges, Drawer Roller Rail and related accessories (exclude door handle) are covered under this warranty against materials defects and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
• The warranty does not cover material damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn or worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, nature variations in texture and misuse of products.
• The warranty does not cover damages of any Kitchen counter tops, electrical supplies and causing from water systems.
• The warranty does not apply to modified products that are out of standard designs of Inhouse Furniture modified by other vendors.
• This warranty does not apply to the damages of floor or wall as the results of installation of Built-in products as well as areas that are risk of damaging from the installation.

• This INHOUSE Furniture products warranty covers the Standard Wardrobe Built-in wardrobe and Walk-in Closet will be 3 years’ warranty only for panel structure failure from the date of delivery except misuse of products or other factor unrelated to manufacturing or material fatigue and functional failure.
• The component parts of Hinges, Drawer Roller Rail and related accessories (exclude door handle) are covered under this warranty against materials defects and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
• There is no warranty for any Glass, Mirror and any electrical related accessories for wardrobe such as LED Strips and Bulb, Socket, Sensor Lighting and Wiring
• The warranty does not cover material damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn or worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, nature variations in texture and misuse of products. The warranty does not cove damages causing from electrical systems.
• Standard Weight Limitation

• This INHOUSE Furniture products warranty covers the product line such as Bed Frame, Bedside Table, TV Cabinet, Dining Cabinet, Partition Cabinet, Entrance Cabinet, Shoe Cabinet, Showcase, Sideboard, Bookshelf, Basin Cabinet and, Built-in Showcase, Built-in Bookshelf will be 3 years’ warranty only for panel structure failure from the date of delivery except misuse of products or other factor unrelated to manufacturing or material fatigue and functional failure.
• This INHOUSE Furniture products warranty covers The component parts of Hinges, Drawer Roller Rail and related accessories (exclude door handle) are covered under this warranty against materials defects and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Standard Weight Limitation
  • 900mm, 600mm and 450 mm Standard Hanging Cabinets can bear maximum weight of 40 kg.

• The warranty does not cover damages of any glass/solid surface/quartz/ marble counter tops, electrical supplies and causing from water systems. • The warranty does not cover material damages from putting overloaded materials, normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn or worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, nature variations in texture and misuse of products. The warranty does not cove damages causing from electrical systems.
• The warranty does not apply to modified products that are out of standard designs of Inhouse Furniture modified by other vendors.
• This warranty does not apply to the damages of floor or wall as the results of installation of Built-in products as well as areas that are risk of damaging from the installation.

• This INHOUSE Furniture products warranty covers Office table and Mobile Cabinet, products and any Customized Table will be 3 years’ warranty only for panel structure failure from the date of delivery except misuse of products or other factor unrelated to manufacturing or material fatigue and functional failure.
• The component parts of Hinges, Drawer Roller Rail and related accessories (exclude door handle) are covered under this warranty against materials defects and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
• Office chairs are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defect in material and workmanship in the following components only: Shock Absorber/ hydraulic components.
• The warranty does not cover damages of working table tops and material damages from normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, dull or fading color, rust, torn or worn, water splash, moisture, damages happened from termites, fungi, natural variations in texture and misuse of products.
• The warranty does not cover damages causing from electrical system. results of installation of Built-in products as well as areas that are risk of damaging from the installation.
