Steps to take when finding a problem with a product (Please check the product immediately after receiving the product)
- Report product problems to the sale staff for suggestions.
- Report product details by Viber to Customer Service together with your purchased receipt as attaching photos of the problem product.
- Taking screenshot of warranty period at your Mobile Inhouse Application and send to customer service by viber.
- Damage Claiming can only claim within 2 days after delivery date.
- There is no Return Policy for Inhouse Manufacturing Customize Products except repairing the product damage.
